Hi there! Iâm Ashley Schoborg, MA, BCS, CPTâ Exercise Physiologist and Eating Behavior Change Specialist for Women.
I hold a masterâs degree in exercise physiology, advanced certifications in behavior change, nutrition, and womenâs health coaching- and have 20 years of experience coaching women.
