Hi there! I’m Ashley Schoborg, MA, BCS, CPT— Exercise Physiologist and Eating Behavior Change Specialist for Women.

I hold a master’s degree in exercise physiology, advanced certifications in behavior change, nutrition, and women’s health coaching- and have 20 years of experience coaching women.

💛 But, most importantly?

Earlier in my life I was also stuck in the exhausting cycle of restricting, overeating, and searching for the “perfect plan.”

🌱 What I discovered is that peaceful, lasting change doesn’t come from trying to fit yourself into someone else’s plan or rules.

✨ It comes from uncovering your OWN way—working in harmony with your unique body.
