“🌟 Before working with Ashley, I felt like I was always either ‘on track’ or completely off the rails. There was no middle ground. Working with Ashley helped me see that the problem wasn’t that I wasn’t trying hard enough.
For the first time in years, I feel like food isn’t controlling my life. I finally trust myself with food, and taking care of myself feels natural instead of exhausting.”

Ashley’s coaching is for you if:
You’re a women who is exhausted by the cycle of restriction, overthinking, guilt, and “falling off track” and are ready to create a peaceful, sustainable way of eating, exercising, and living that works WITH your body.
Without:
❌ Calorie counting
❌ Tracking points or macros
❌ Rigid food rules
❌ Cutting out your favorite foods
❌ Relying on willpower
❌ Forcing yourself through workouts you hate
“🌟 After 50 years of intense overeating cycles, I finally have balance with food.”
“I’m in my 70s, and after 5 decades of being stuck in intense overeating cycles, I can’t believe that, after working with Ashley, I now feel like a normal person with a balanced, peaceful relationship with food.”
You know what to do…
So why does it still feel so hard?
You’ve tried the plans.
Tracked the points.
Started over on Monday more times than you can count.
Maybe you can “be good” all day… only to feel out of control around food at night.
Maybe exercise has started to feel more like punishment than self-care.
Maybe you swing between:
-Trying too hard,
-Giving up,
-And wondering what’s wrong with you.
But the truth is:
The problem isn’t that you’re lazy, broken, or lacking willpower…
The problem is that you’ve been taught to override your body instead of understand it.
And for many women, their relationship with their body has become one of the deepest drivers of their eating and exercise habits.
Real change happens when you stop fighting your body, and start working WITH it.
My approach combines:
-Science 🔬
-Psychology 🧠
-and Body Wisdom ✨…
To help you uncover what actually works for your unique body and life.
Because sustainable health isn’t created through perfection, control, or constant self-criticism.
It’s created by understanding your unique biology, recognizing the psychology behind your patterns, and learning how to listen to and work WITH your body.
“🌟 I used to think the only way exercise worked was if I went all in...hard workouts, lots of cardio, pushing myself no matter how I felt.
I honestly didn’t understand what was actually sustainable or how to listen to my body. I would burn out, stop completely, and then feel like I had failed again.
Ashley helped me completely change how I approach movement. Now I know how to exercise in a way that supports my body instead of drains it, and I FINALLY see the changes in my body that match the effort I’m putting in.”
Hi! I’m Ashley Schoborg, a Health Behavior Change Specialist with over two decades of experience helping women stop starting over with healthy eating and exercise 💛
Before my education and experience in exercise and nutrition science, I lived the same cycles so many women know well: restriction, guilt, overexercising, and believing I simply needed more willpower.
For me, my worth had become deeply tied to the way my body looked, shaping many of my eating and exercise behaviors.
That experience changed the way I see healthy eating and exercise completely ✨
Now, I combine exercise & nutrition science, psychology, and body wisdom to help women learn how to listen to, understand, and work WITH their body…creating lasting change 🧠🌿
Helping women make that same shift from stress and self-judgment → trust & peace 🕊️ is at the heart of my work.

“🌟 I used to overeat and immediately feel so much shame and frustration with myself.
Then I’d spend the rest of the day thinking about it, promising I’d do better tomorrow, and still feeling completely stuck in the same cycle. It honestly felt awful.
Working with Ashley helped me finally break that pattern. Now even when things aren’t perfect, I don’t spiral or overeat, and I have this unbelievable sense of calm and peace around food that I never even knew could exist for me.”

“🌟 For so long I felt like I needed a plan or someone else to tell me what to do. What to eat, how to exercise, what was “right” for my body.
I second-guessed and overthought EVERYTHING. I never really trusted myself...because I didn’t know how.
Ashley helped me start paying attention to my own body again and actually understand what it was telling me. Now I feel confident knowing what works for my unique body, and I never have to look outside of myself ever again.
The constant questioning, second-guessing, and wondering if I’m doing it “right” is finally gone.”
Understanding My Approach 🧬🧠
My work combines physiology, psychology, and behavior change science to help you understand what’s actually driving your eating and exercise patterns.
This is not one-size-fits-all coaching.
It’s a deeper look at how your body, mind, and environment all interact to shape your choices.
What this often includes:
🍽️ Physiology & metabolism awareness
Understanding how foods and food combinations affect hunger, fullness, cravings, and energy levels.
🧠 Psychology & mindset patterns
Unpacking how diet culture has shaped beliefs about food and exercise—like all-or-nothing thinking, guilt, shame, and labeling foods as “good” or “bad.”
🪞 Body relationship + behavior
Exploring how your relationship with your body influences how you eat, move, and make decisions.
🧬 Female physiology (including menopause)
Recognizing how hormonal shifts and female physiology can influence appetite, energy, cravings, and response to different approaches.

Long-term change 🌿
Sustainable change isn’t about more willpower.
It’s about creating habits, awareness, and an environment that actually supports you in real life—not just in theory.
That includes practical strategies for navigating cravings, eating patterns, and consistency in a way that doesn’t rely on restriction or white-knuckling.
How this is different
As a Health Behavior Change Specialist, I go deeper than traditional health coaching.
My work integrates:
-Physiology and nutrition science 🧬
-Behavioral psychology 🧠
-Diet culture awareness 🍪
-Body image and self-trust 🪞
This allows us to move beyond generic advice and focus on the specific patterns driving your behaviors—so change becomes personal, not prescriptive.

“🌟 I didn’t realize how much energy I was spending hating my body until I wasn’t anymore.
I was constantly focused on what needed to change and never felt like I was enough. The number on the scale had the power to decide whether I was having a good day or a bad day.
I thought being hard on myself was what kept me motivated, but it was actually keeping me stuck.
Working with Ashley helped me see myself differently and finally separate my worth from what I saw in the mirror. I’ve achieved changes in my body that I struggled to create for years, but the biggest transformation is that I feel free. My body no longer determines how I feel about myself, and that’s been the most liberating experience of my life”
What It’s Like to Work With Me
Working together is not a surface-level approach or a one-size-fits-all plan.
It starts with understanding you. Your patterns, your history, and what’s actually been keeping you stuck.
Step 1: Complimentary Consultation 🤝
We start with a free virtual consultation to talk about what’s been going on, what you’re struggling with, and what you want to change. If we’re a good fit, I’ll recommend the coaching package that best supports your goals.
Step 2: Deep Dive Assessment 🔍
This is where we go beyond surface-level strategies.
We take a close look at your habits, your relationship with food, exercise, & your body, past approaches you’ve tried, and the thoughts and patterns driving your behaviors.
This is about understanding why things haven’t worked…not just what to do differently.
Step 3: Your Personalized Strategy 🧭
After our deep dive, I create a personalized strategy based on everything we uncover.
This gives us a clear focus for our work together and highlights the key areas that will create the most meaningful change for you.
Step 4: Coaching, Education & Support 🌱
From there, you’ll receive the education, coaching, and support you need to put everything into practice in real life.
We continue to work through challenges as they come up and refine your approach along the way.
The Ultimate Goal ✨
My goal isn’t to help you follow a plan forever.
It’s to help you understand yourself so deeply that you become your own expert.
Because lasting change doesn’t come from relying on someone else’s rules. It comes from developing the self-awareness, knowledge, and confidence to make choices that truly work for you.

How coaching works
“🌟 Menopause made me feel like a stranger in my own body. Everything that had worked for me in the past seemed to stop working, and no matter how hard I tried, I just felt more frustrated and discouraged. I kept thinking, “Why isn’t any of this working anymore?”
Ashley helped me understand that my body wasn’t broken...it just needed a different approach. For the first time in years, things actually started making sense.
I’m finally seeing the changes I want in my body, I’m putting in less effort, and my eating and exercise strategies are working better now than they ever have, even before menopause.”
FAQs
-
Not at all.
Some women come to me primarily because they feel stuck with food, while others are frustrated with exercise, body image, or weight.
Wherever you feel stuck, we work together to uncover what is keeping you in the cycle and create a healthier, more sustainable way forward.
-
No.
My approach combines science, psychology, and body wisdom to help you understand how to eat in a way that works for your unique body, how to exercise in a way that supports your metabolism (including strength training), and how to shift the patterns that have kept you stuck.
-
If weight loss is one of your goals, yes.
We start by helping you step out of cycles of overeating, restriction, and feeling out of control with food. We also look at your approach to exercise to make sure you are working WITH your physiology and not against it.
From there, we build consistency with eating and exercise in a way that feels realistic for your life and your body.
For some women, that alone leads to natural weight changes. For others, we may also fine-tune their nutrition and exercise more intentionally once things feel more steady.
-
Almost ALL of the women I work with feel this way when they come to me.
It’s not that you lack discipline or knowledge.
It’s that most approaches don’t account for the real-life patterns, emotions, and body responses that drive your eating and exercise habits.
Together, we take a different approach that helps you step out of the cycle of starting over and build something that actually works because it fits your unique biology, life, and preferences.
-
Absolutely!
GLP-1 medications can be incredibly helpful for reducing hunger, cravings, and food noise, but they don't teach you how to maintain your results once you're no longer taking them.
That's where coaching comes in.
Together, we'll help you understand how different foods and food combinations affect your hunger, cravings, energy, and satisfaction (so you can learn what works best for your unique body.) We'll also work through all-or-nothing thinking, food rules, emotional eating patterns, and dieting habits that may have developed over the years.
And because preserving muscle is critical during weight loss, we'll make sure you have an appropriate strength training plan to support your metabolism, strength, and long-term health.
Many people lose weight on GLP-1s because the medication makes it easier to eat less.
But if the patterns that created the struggle in the first place (such as all-or-nothing thinking, food guilt, emotional eating, and constantly starting over) are still there, the medication is doing most of the work. Once it's removed, those same patterns can quickly pull people back into old behaviors…and the weight is regained.
My goal is to help you change the patterns that caused the struggle in the first place. Because the ultimate goal isn't to stay dependent on a medication forever-it's to develop the skills, habits, and confidence to maintain your results for the rest of your life. ✨
Ready to understand what’s really been keeping you stuck? ✨
If you’re tired of starting over and want to finally make sense of your patterns with food, exercise, your body, and follow-through, the best place to begin is a conversation. 💛
Book your complimentary consultation and we’ll talk through where you are, what’s been challenging, and what kind of support would actually help you move forward.
No pressure. Just clarity. 🕊️
Have a question before scheduling? Feel free to reach out…I’m happy to help. 😊

🌟 “I’m no longer fighting against myself, I’m working WITH my body.”
"Before working with Ashley, I felt trapped in the endless cycle of dieting, losing weight, and then gaining it all back. Food was always on my mind. Every bite felt like a battle between guilt and willpower. I was exhausted.
Ashley’s approach was unlike anything I had tried before. Instead of handing me another set of rules, she helped me understand my own body, my habits, and the psychology behind why I ate the way I did. For the first time, I wasn’t fighting against myself, I was working with my body.
Now, I eat without shame. I feel calm, balanced, and in control. The freedom I’ve found has spilled over into every part of my life. This is truly the first time I feel like I’m not on a “plan,” I’m simply living.
—Emily P. 46

New plans, new rules, new approaches, hoping something would finally stick. But it always ended the same way: burnout, frustration, and starting over again.
Working with Ashley was completely different.
The way she combines science, psychology, and body wisdom helped everything finally start to make sense in a way I could actually apply to my real life forever. I wasn’t just told what to do, I understood why things had been working against me and how to actually work with my body instead.
Working with Ashley has honestly been the best investment I have ever made in myself. I’ve finally achieved my weight loss goals in a way that feels like me. It feels so natural, it’s almost hard to believe.
