About This Workshop
This workshop is my guest appearance inside Flourish, a coaching program led by Lauren Toolin.
Lauren is a master yoga therapist and life coach who specializes in supporting women through the menopausal transition.
Together, we explore how women can flourish in exercise, eating, fat loss, and overall health during this season of life—by combining science, mindfulness, and self-trust.
